I have been running Webroot for the last two years on 15 computers being used by children ages 6 to 17. The flexibility of the program is good and allows individual control of each child's account. The Web filtering is fairly good but the kids have found several ways to get around it and access some of the hard porn sites. This requires monitoring of the web usage reports and then manually restricting access to specific sites or groups of sites. Last week I had occasion to ask for support with a licensing issue on one of the computers and Webroot has failed to respond with anything besides a computer generated auto response message. I will not renew my subscription when it come up for renewal.
