War FTP Daemon Review
War FTP Daemon is a free FTP server software for Windows, written by Jarle (jgaa) Aase in Norway. The program is designed to transfer files to and from the server, according to your demands. The program is license under freeware program, which you can download and use at no cost.
The program runs on Windows system including Windows 98, NT 4, 2000, Me and XP. The next version, War FTP Daemon Lite version 3 has been under development since 2000 and it will support both Windows and Linux operating system.

- Supports NAT traversal trough “dumb” routers (see the file nat.conf).
- Optional logging of transfers to a ODBC database (MS Jet Engine, MS SQL Server, MySQL).
- Run as system service option.
