What a waste of money! I have spent 6 hours trying to start draftin my house plan and I cannot even do that.I cannot even draft the length of the kitchen as it is 20.5 ft, however when dragging with the mouse its either 20ft or 20.6ft. I am so disappointed.

I bought this software in order to remodel my apartment. I am a system analyst and worked with many different software programs. This is the worst I have encountered. To start I was unable to do almost anything. I asked for help many times, their response is very slow if they respond at all. I am unable to even model the apartment as it is now. I am unable to put doors and openings. I managed with much efforts to put windows. I requested my money back, since I am unable to use the software, They refused and stopped answering my messages for help. I highly recommend you avoid purchasing this piece of sofware.

I just bought this software yesterday so that I could help my friend redesign her kitchen. I have a very old program already, but I thought that getting a new one might be easier and allow me to show my friend what it will look like better. I was very WRONG on both accounts! I am so upset that I have spent money on this program. I worked with it most of the afternoon yesterday and have already spent over an hour with it this morning. I went through the tutorial and everything and I STILL have trouble getting it to do the simplest tasks! I wanted to give my friend several choices on design layouts, but just getting one done has been so time consuming, that I don’t even want to think about doing another one with this program! Wasted money! I should have just stuck with my program that is over 10 years old!
