TimeClock is simple, powerful, web-based time card software. TimeClock is a product of Clear Image Media Online. The software provides solutions for user to track their employee time in and out, calculate overtime, manage vacations and time off, and much more.

TimeClock Highlight Features:
- Employee Management – Allows user to add all of their employees in one simple interface. They will also be able to see who is punched in.
- Flexible Pay Periods – With pay periods manager, user can choose to have all their pay periods generated automatically. If they prefer they can manually enter in their pay periods as well.
- Let user compute simple overtime.
- User can also compute daily and weekly overtime.
- Employee Vacations and Time Off – User can track all of their employees vacation time, as well as time off and sick days. Run a report to see how much time each employee has used.
- Manual Punches – Employees will be able to do manual punch ins and punch outs. These punched will always be marked as manual and will always include the actual data and time that the punch occurred.
- Full Audit Trail – Both employees and managers are never able to change records. This ensures everyone will always see the full history on a timecard. Instead of erasing mistakes TimeClock has mechanisms in place to fix the mistake with an administrative punch. This means that a full trail is always seen by both Administrators and Employees.
- Web, PDF, and Excel Reports – Allows user to see the reports in the format they prefer. Use HTML to quickly verify information, then download a printable PDF for inclusion with the paycheck. If they prefer to run the data through a spreadsheet, they will have the option of downloading a csv formatted file for use with Excel and other popular spreadsheet applications.
- Supports Shifts Greater than 24 Hours – If user has employees that work through midnight or work longer than 24 hours this software supports that type of work schedule. This feature is turned off by default but is as simple as checking a box to turn on.
- Password Only Logins – In an effort to make TimeClock the easiest web based solution available there is an option for password only access. If user prefers they can choose from several different login styles, including Username and Password, Userlist and password, and User Pictures and passwords.
- Offload Authentication to a POP server – If user would prefer to not manage another list of passwords they can connect to their company POP server for authentication.
- Restrict Access to One or Multiple Machines Only – Using cookie security, user will be able to restrict logins to a single machine. Using IP security, user will be able to restrict logins to a single office.
- Departmental Controls – TimeClock can be used with larger companies that wish to break up administrative tasks to different departments. With departments they can have one administrator and also have administrators for each department. If using this feature it should be turned on at the beginning of their trial period.
- Supports Daylight Saving Time
- Employee Photos – User can upload images from their computer. They can choose from some preloaded images the software provides. Or they can even use their webcam from their computer to take a snapshot and upload.
- Can be Branded with User’s Company Logo – Adding user’s company logo and employee images is very easy.
