Time Clock MTS is one popular time clock software on the Internet today. Time Clock MTS is a product of Timesheets MTS Software. The software provides solutions for user to use a PC to record and report on employee work hours, replace manual time card machines or hand written time and attendance records, eliminate the need to spend hours each week compiling the manual systems into a report to supply to the payroll department.

Time Clock MTS is available for Windows 2000, XP, 2003 Server and Vista. There is 30-day trial version available to download.

Time Clock MTS has six main features: Employee Data Entry Methods, Security, Payroll Rules, Reporting, Configuration, and Data Security.

Employee Data Entry Methods Highlight Features:

• Comes with employee list clock in/out screen. Employees can select themselves from a list and then clicking Clock In/Out buttons.
• Has quick find tool to find employees in long lists list.
• Keypad screen requiring entry of Employee Badge number.
• Keypad screen is useable on touch screens.
• Keypad screen is compatible with barcode readers or magnetic card readers. User can encode a barcode or magnetic card with Time Clock MTS badge numbers and have employees clock in and out in a very short time.
• Can require entry of a PIN number to prevent employees clocking in/out for each other.
