tazti is a free speech recognition software for Windows users. tazti Speech Recognition was developed by Voice Tech Group, Inc. The software provides solutions for user to command PC to surf the web, create bookmarks, open bookmarks, open application, and control Operating System function.

tazti is available for Windows Vista and XP. The software is available to download from www.tazti.com.

tazti Highlight Features:

• User can log into, navigate and search the Facebook and Myspace websites by speaking to their PC.
• User can control the iTunes player (by Apple) if it’s installed on their PC, change tracks, adjust volume, search or spellsearch itunes music store and perform 30 other functions by speaking to their PC.
• User can perform searches and spellsearches of popular search engines: Google, Yahoo, MSN, Wikipedia, ASK by speaking to their PC. Tell tazti which search engine to use, then when it signals user with a beep, tell it what to search for – and it brings them the results of their search.
• User can perform searches and spellsearches for videos, photos, music and other items on YouTube, AOL Video, Flicker, Amazon and Ebay by speaking to their PC.
• User can find a company’s stock price and other financial info by performing a search or spellsearch of a financial website.
• User can perform local searches and local spellsearches by zip code or city of Google and Yahoo by speaking to their PC. Just declare your zip or city then perform a local search.
• User can create their own speech command and associate a hyperlink or software program or file to the new speech command. They can create up to 30 speech commands on the “Custom” tab of the tazti dashboard.
• User can search all of the bookmarks/favorites they have on Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari browsers by speaking to their PC
• User can create a list of all bookmarks/favorites on Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari browsers and/or stored on Del.icio.us.com by speaking to their PC, then make a speech command for a bookmark so they don’t have to look for it and click it! They can just open a bookmark by talking to their PC!
• User can navigate to favorite websites by speaking to their PC. For example: “Get Coffee” might take you to Starbucks website. “Go Bebo” will take you to the bebo home page. Etc. There are more than 100 built in navigation commands linking to popular websites.
• Users who have a webcam or a chat/messenger program installed are able to open one of them by speaking the speech command “Go Webcam”.
• Users can control Operating System functions by speaking to their PC. These include speech commands such as “click” and “double click” which eliminate the need to click the mouse. Also “Calculator,” “Control Panel,” Windows Explorer,” “Screen Display”, “Media Player”, etc.
• Users can set their mouse as a right handed or left handed mouse.
• Users can run tazti on a recent Mac by installing desktop virtualization software such as Parallels, then the MS Windows operating system and then tazti on top of windows.
• User can mute tazti without closing tazti, so that they can talk on the phone without tazti listening to you.
