Google: "Tax Time Twist up". On YouTube search for "Tax Refunds delayed for some" They left thousands of filers out in the cold and on January 29, 2010 they did not have their money. Taxbrain entered the wrong routing number and sent their refunds to the wrong bank and now they have to wait until the end of February to get paper checks from the IRS.
