STOPzilla took about 40% of CPU and I couldn’t run any other program for a few minutes after
STOPzilla has started

I had the same experience..a year ago….I would rate StopZilla the lowest it could go…if you uninstalled, check your bank account…these people ignore email to verify cancellation and a call to customer service, who told me this was cancelled still did not issue a refund. After months of trying, I gave into the fact that this was a costly “trial”. A year later, I was unexpectly charged a “renewal” fee, which in turn caused an overdraft fee of $35, making a total of over $100 for a program I thought had a free trial. A refund of $39.95 for the renewal was issued, It cost me $60 to learn -
1) call EVERY WEEK until you see a credit issued
2) notofy yiur bank to block any future charges from these people, thry are not to be trusted

I’m a little surprised at some of the reviews I read regarding refunds not being issued and poor customer service. Stopzilla not only has a great product but they probably offer some of the best service in the industry (Their customer reps. are actually located in the U.S.A.). I would rate them 5 bars if their product was a little less expensive.
