StartSpanish Review
StartSpanish is a Spanish language learning software which contains brief yet comprehensive explanations (with examples) about all of the most important parts of Spanish grammar, combined with interactive exercises to help you get a firm grip on the language. StartSpanish is the product of Braser Soft. The software provides solutions for students to learn Spanish quickly right from the start, or review what they studied before.
The program is streamlined for beginners. They are not overwhelmed with masses of new vocabulary in the program, so that they can concentrate on learning one thing at a time. The software helps the learners to get started on pronunciation where they listen to native speakers in order to get them started in the right direction.
StartSpanish will help you whether you are interested in Mexican Spanish, Castilian Spanish (Spanish from Spain) or other forms of South American Spanish. StartSpanish is available for Windows platform only. The trial version is available to download at the website.

This is a good overview. Usually, learning Spanish with a software program alone is not enough – you need to travel to a Spanish-speaking country to get a full immersion experience. But a software program can give an early head-start to the learning process, so that you can hit the ground running when you get to a Spanish course.

I’m finding this program very useful to learn the basics. It has grammar, listening and pronunciation parts. One good thing about it is that you can learn at your own pace. Thumbs up from me!
