Sage bought this software from Bedford Accounting about 20 years ago, and my company has been running it since before that time. My recommendation: stay away. This is the worst piece of software we have in our company, it causes all kinds of IT nightmares, and the Sage support is absolutely brutal. The user interface has evolved so they can pretend to have a new "essential" version each year, but the guts of the software are ancient technology. They are not investing in the software, just milking their market share in Canada for all it's worth.

I am a 55 year old student taking this Simply Accounting by sage, Premium 2009 as one of my courses. I am taking Executive Office Assistant with both Medical and Legal Terminology and Documentations.

I see even in only having 2 days in the course that Simply Accounting has thought of absolutely everything a business would need to do to keep all their paperword straight. I like the invoices feature. Especially that you can find an invoice you have just done, and correct something, tick off that this charge will be a recurring feature , aswell as the timeframe.

I see that this will be a program that I will indeed want to have available in whatever company I work for after graduation. You have done well Sage! Simply is simply wonderful. It fits every businesses needs weather they have two clients/customers or 2,000.00
