Serif WebPlus SE is the free website design software developed by Serif Ltd. With this free version program, you can create websites for your home, business with some limitation regarding to features while there is full featured product is on sale. With WebPlus SE, you can utilize web publishing projects by using automatic navigation bars and DTP style design. Anyway it is a trimmed-down version; you can create web pages up to 10, hosted Smart Objects up to 5, and there is no source panel, HTML import, forms wizard, RSS, e-commerce and HTML emails.
For advanced use and needed, user may need to purchase full featured product which includes more advanced features such as E-commerce which allows to earn money from your website with this transaction functionality; unlimited amount of pages to publish your gallery pages, flash banners, website and email templates for the professional design you want; and RSS and web tools which can add functionality including hit counters and 3rd party advertising space with ease and make your site more user friendly.
