After years of trying all sorts of solutions (bugzilla, tikiwiki, otrs etc.) which are all great at a partial solution to our needs Redmine combines (some) features of all of these and in doing so gives us an all-in-one solution. Also worth mentioning is the nice, fresh screen layouts. It is pleasant to look at. Currently our company has 200 Redmine users and approx. 30 projects.
