I also have taken three Quickbooks classes in college. I feel that Quickbooks is very user friendly. I have not had any issues that I couldn't solve. The Quickbooks customer service is probably the best I have ever dealt with. Nothing negative to say. I have used Quickbooks Pro in my own business for two years now.
