QuickBooks Pro is also one of most popular accounting solution for small business. The accounting software program developed by Intuit, Inc. QuickBooks Pro has more features than QuickBooks Simple Start version. More than basic accounting needs (track sales, expenses, customers, instantly create invoices, pay bills, print checks, and organize finances), QuickBooks Pro allows you to import data from Excel, Quicken, Microsoft Office Accounting, track bills and set due-date reminders, track inventory, set reorder points and create purchase orders, track international sales and expenses in multiple currencies. There are 100+ one-click business reports for this version.
Besides QuickBooks Pro, there is one more package, QuickBooks Premier, has advanced features such as easily create a business plan, forecast sales and expenses, create industry-specific reports and install industry features, and has more 150+ business reports.
