ProWorkFlow Review
ProWorkFlow is a web-based project management software solution from ProActive Software Ltd. It provides project management software, workflow and time tracking solution for small to medium businesses. ProWorkflow is available as either a hosted subscription or code download (install on your own server). Although the company recommends the subscription accounts – these can be setup quickly by their staff. And you can use the program right away after signing up. The service is charged per user and on monthly basis. There are three plans including: Standard, Professional and Advanced.
The Standard release is designed for freelancers, one man bands, or small businesses just needing a very basic project management system (maximum 10 users). This is a limited functionality version of the Professional release. The Professional release is the fully featured version of ProWorkflow designed for busy professionals, teams or companies. Ideal for 1-50 users sized companies (unlimited users). The Advanced release is also fully featured, but has the addition of hierarchy and roles. This version is designed for larger companies with multiple groups, teams and divisions.

There is trial version available to try for free. The trial accounts are 14 days, but can be extended to a maximum of 30 days if needed. When you sign up for a subscription account, the data you have entered can be imported from your trial.
