Hi guys, this is Chuck from Projecturf. I wanted to respond to Hilary's post. First, I'm sorry you feel that you had a poor customer service experience with Projecturf. That is not our goal; in fact, it's quite the opposite and thankfully in most cases, we get glowing praise. We took at a look back our our correspondence and noticed that it all centered around getting a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds, as stated in our terms, which allows us to keep our costs down (we get charged fees for providing refunds). So we simply allow customers to manage their own accounts at all times; meaning you are always free to sign up, switch pricing plans, or cancel at your leisure. You are in full control, which is a win-win for everyone.

Thanks for the review!

i actually had a awful experience with projecturf, especially dealing with account services. i found their support to be anything but support. the only answer i ever got was that per their terms, them don't grant refunds for any reason. i'm not sure how in this day and age, a business can run with that kind of rigidity.

Our small business is loving the new version of Projecturf that launched this month - including the new features that allow us to present work to clients and let them review, rate, comment on and approve designs and documents; digital signatures so we can keep accurate records of client approvals (important stuff); and preview images inline from within the browser. Projecturf 2.0 is still the best value in town for our small business - they include all the features - no charge for add-ons - which is great in this crappy economy for our budget (which is small!).
