Peachtree Complete Accounting Review
Peachtree Complete Accounting is a popular accounting software program by SAGE. Peachtree Complete is larger package compare to Peachtree Pro version. This edition includes Standard Accounting Features, Business Management Tools, and more advanced features such as Auto Creation of Purchase Orders, Audit Trail, Fixed Assets, Job Costing Phase and Cost Level. There are 125+ reports and financial statements.
Besides these two packages, Peachtree Pro and Complete editions, there are two more accounting packages which have more advanced features, Peachtree Premium and Peachtree Quantum. Peachtree Premium runs under Windows platform. There is free trial version available to download and try for 30 day period. Before you can download the trail version, you are required to fill out some form such as name, company name, email, and so on.

We have had repeated issues with Peachtree changing check totals after the checks were distributed and cashed. We do not know about this until we get the bank statement and compare it to a payroll report. It changes the tax amount. We automatically keep the payroll taxes downloaded from the peachtree website.
We also have issues with our multiple license and WIN XP Pro with user desktops. Everyone can log into peachtree on the admin desktop but not on their own desktop.
Peachtree will not allow us to assign the first number on the invoices which causes some problems with our customers. I want the year to be the first four numbers and it won’t let me do that unless I do it manually with each invoice.
