Paint.NET is a free software for digital photo editing purpose. The software provides essential tools for image editing as well as photo enhancement. The software has some similar features to very popular graphic design software Adobe Photoshop and GIMP. Paint.NET requires Microsoft .NET Framework to run and available for Windows platform.
