1) I click the free file link on IRS to get to them and I can’t login to my existing account, I can only create a new account. HUH?
2) My 1040NR has the watermark “Draft as of 07/22/2009″. God knows when that will be rectified.
3) I try emailing them for help, fill out their form and then click continue and then it asks me to create a new account again. What’s the logic?
4) I try calling them up during their regular hours and I’m informed they are not available.
NOT BOTHERING WITH THEM AGAIN EVER!

I’ve been using them for several years and so far it’s been reliable. When I called someone answered the phone. This is the only online tax company that has a person answering the phone. They also give me access to my return for several years.
I highly recommend them.

I used OLT for the first time this year and my acceptance was fast and they walked me through every step and every deduction as well as every credit…. would definitely use them again and refer them to others….
