Nero BackItUp & Burn Review
Nero BackItUp & Burn is straight forward data backup software program. It provides files backup, drive backup, automatics backup and data restore solution. Nero BackItUp developed by Nero Company.
With the software, user can backup their data automatically by using autobackup feature and store it online storage or in local storage. The program also provides do a virus check before backup function to ensure virus free in backup file, user can check this function on if they want to check virus within folders or files they are going to backup.
One more security feature user will found in Nero BackItUp is encryption function which allows user to encrypt backup file and use password to protect from unauthorized access or open. When performing backup, the program also offers compression backup feature which user can set compression at three levels: low/fast, normal, high/slow.
The software offers four backup types: full backup (all files and folders that you have selected will be backed up), update backup (the actual procedure depends on the media on which the backup is made), differential backup (all files that have changed in comparison to the first backup will be saved) and incremental backup (all files that have changed in comparison to the last backup will be saved).

I bought Nero Multimedia suite about 6 weeks ago and went through the normal install. I did not change anything, just a default install.
I have a 300GB C-drive and one external 750GB harddrive. I guess that when it installed it automatically set itself to backup my c-drive to the external HD. I have 105GB of files on my c-drive and about 195GB of free space. Nero has used 235GB of space on my external HD backing up my C-drive sometimes as much as 3 times a day.
This is crazy. Why is it using so much space on my external harddrive?
It did all of this without me doing or setting any options.
What can I do to stop this waste of space on my external HD?
