Firstly, they make their file formats incompatible with products in their own range - if you have the basic version don't bother about reading a file from the premium version. They claim they have a converter program, but they don't make it available - go to their website and try to find it. This is customer capture at its worst, don't deal with these guys unless you want to tear your hair out in frustration. The people behind this software are fundamentally dishonest.
