The people behind this software are fundamentally dishonest. Firstly, they make their file formats incompatible with products in their own range – if you have the basic version don’t bother about reading a file from the premium version. They claim they have a converter program, but they don’t make it available – go to their website and try to find it. This is customer capture at its worst, don’t deal with these guys unless you want to tear your hair out in frustration.
