		<description>We are having similar problems, it skips files and reports errors with all backups, its the worst backup software I have used in the past ten years.  

I have lost all confidence in it and will now look for something else.

I read all the reviews, just shows what rubbish they are... very misleading!</description>

		<description>I wouldn&#039;t recommend PC Backup Pro, either. It often does not find the external hard drive to which I&#039;m backing up, even though Windows Explorer (Vista 64-bit) is displaying the drive contents. I have more failed backup and restore attempts than successes. I chose it after carefully studying reviews of backup software, but it was a terrible mistake. It&#039;s completely unreliable and untrustworthy -- and what should be more reliable and trustworthy than backup and restore software?!</description>

		<description>I canot recommend this software.  I installed and and ran full and incrementals on two PCs.  Numerous issues with software and Data Transfer LLC:
1.  Will not restore data.  I attempted to do a test restore of a backed up file.  The restore wizzard ran but no file was restored.  Tried to restore to original location after deleting the original file.  Submitted a touble ticket and was told to try the restore to another location and my ticket was DELETED.  With no ability to restore the application is useless.
2.  Incremental backups won&#039;t run.  I scheduled an incremental to run daily.  Job runs but the log file says every file was skipped due to Archive bit not being set.  I submitted a Trouble ticket with Log file extracts.  Problem never resolved.  
3.  Appliication hangs during data verification.  a 4GB incremental ran in juts a few minutes but the data verification process hung and ran for over 17 hours before I halted it.  Tried to stop the job and Exit the application.  Couldn&#039;t shut it down.  Rebooted the PC and the application started a missed backup immediately and I was back where I started. 
This application is horrible.  I wouldn&#039;t recommend it to my worst enemy.</description>

		<description>I have purchased this PC Backup Pro 11 just  last night and installed it on my laptop. It does not work. When I start the software it just freezes and gives me an error box saying &quot;Main GUI Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.&quot; bla bla bla bla....What a MAJOR disappointment immediately. I have reinstalled the software several times,with on and off firewall and antivirus (ZoneAlarm and ESET NOD32), and still doesn&#039;t work. I refuse o believe that something is wrong with my toshiba laptop as I have never ever had any problems with any software outthere. Also I am an advanced PC user and can easily solve almost all PC problems of any kind. But this just beats me. I can&#039;t even start the bloody software. I have submitted the ticket to DT Utilities website support but still didn&#039;t receive a reply.
I am very upset and would not recommend this software. I will wait for their reply (hopefully) and again, hopefullt they resolve the issue. BUT shouldn&#039;t they make the software that actually works the first time and we don&#039;t have to go through procedures to make it work? They are so quick to take your money but don&#039;t deliver.

I will be asking for refund and will ring them directly (I&#039;m in Australia) if necessary. Will let you know what happens anyway.</description>
