This page will provides solution for Mac users who looking for a good Mac web creation and website editor software program. I am not only talking about paid version, but also about free solution. You can find the right solution for yourself whether it is free or paid edition. I encourage you to read the following quick overview to get some ideas for choosing the right solution:
Paid Edition
There are several paid Mac WYSIWYG web design and creation software available on the market today. It provides solution from hobby to professional web design. The price of the product is ranged from less than a hundred to several hundred dollars. Most of the programs such as RapidWeaver, Sandvox, Freeway, Create and iWeb do not required users to have coding knowledge or experience to use them. You can simply create a web page or site by just using mouse clicks; you can drag and drop any web elements such as text, image, video and other media to build a professional looking website. They are rich in template and theme; these make website design process much easier and faster to get what you want, especially if you are an average computer user. But there are few drawbacks regarding to coding features, most of them lack of code editing features.
You may ask what about Adobe Dreamweaver? Today it is still a leading web design software solution on the market. It is the top choice for professional web designers and web developers. Unlike many other drag and drop web creation tools, user requires at least some basic HTML knowledge to utilize the program. It is also the expensive one.
Free Edition
For simple web design or even a professional one, sometime you don’t have to spend any money. You can create it by using free website creation tool. There are several free WYSIWYG web editor and creation programs available for you to download and use at no cost, including KompoZer, Amaya and SeaMonkey Composer.
