It provides project management tools including collaborating, scheduling, tracking and optimizing for project manager, team member, team mangers as well as executive. It is subscription based service, pay per user per monthly or yearly basis.

Liquidplanner is a pretty good tool for collaboration. However one thing that you can’t do is dragging and dropping tasks on the Gantt, like you can do with http://www.projectmanager.com
