I have used this product for several years, I have windows XP and 7 computers. The program works excellent.

Pros:
*Multiple categories
*Very easy to install
*Password protection
*The ability to temporary bypass with the password
*Time restrictions
* Autoupdate
*Allow or block specific sites or catagories

Cons:
* There is logging but it is hard to dig through, its not sorted well
* Controls apply to all users there is no concept of multiple users
* Applies to the web only, no computer controls - not a big deal

Well I saw all these 5 star reviews and downloaded it. So far I am not at all happy with this. Maybe I should stick to Trend Micro titanium and pay the $50.

I have requested a license key from their website today Monday the 13th of September 5 times since 4:00am in the morning its now 8:30am, and I have yet to get the darn license without which the darn thing does not load!!!!!

If I ever do receive the key hopefully sometime this year, then I shall go and check out the software and give a better review. For now all it's getting is 1 star sorry!!!

I appreciate reading any review that talks about internet and online safety. For the product, I used K9 Web Protection for a while and had very good results but was still seeing some adult types of pages coming through. A few months back, I actually started using a new product called Livia Web Protection. Set up was very similar, but when I set the setting for a restrictive level, no adult sites were coming through. It's another product out there that is working well to keep our children safe.

I like K9 over WeBlocker because it will work with Vista and it does not require turning off a feature of Windows XP. Very easy to install and configure.
