The company greatly is dishonest in describing its products. For example, I purchased a translation package for Norwegian which was advertised as having 8000 words. It had less than 250. When I requested a refund, I was told that I shouldn't pay for something without testing it and that I was out of luck because they don't give refunds even if they didn't tell the truth about the product. Great customer service mentality. Beware of Lingvosoft and Ectaco products. The company greatly is dishonest in describing its products.
