		<description>The info helped a lot...I am a 40 year old male and I have put on a few pounds on my stomach...I have always been slim and never ate healthy but now I want to get at least 30 pounds off and so i want a list of stuff that i should eat for breakfast, a list for lunch and a list for dinner...I also want some tips as to how late should I eat and how to incorporate some form of exercise...maybe walking, jogging, bike riding, sit ups etc... what do you recommend.</description>
