Goplan is an online project management and team collaboration platform developed by Webreakstuff. It provides various project management tools such as task, milestone, issue tracking, time tracking, calendar and file versioning. The program is charged as subscription service, there are several plans available for you to choose including Startup, Professional and Unlimited. There is also free plan which provides basic features such as 3 projects, 2 users, 2 collaborators and 100 MB storage.

- Startup: 15 Projects, 5 Users, 15 Collaborators, 10 GB Storage.
- Professional: 40 Projects, Unlimited Users, Unlimited Collaborators, 25 GB Storage.
- Unlimited: Unlimited Projects, Unlimited Users, Unlimited Collaborators, Unlimited Storage.
Highlight Features of Goplan
- Company Dashboard: give you an overview of everything that is happening across several projects.
- Task: create and assign tasks to people and milestones.
- Time Tracking: you can track the time you spend on each task of your projects.
- Calendar: Events, Tasks and Milestones in one place. It can also syncs with your external calendar applications like iCal and devices like the iPhone.
- File Versioning: manage and keep track of your documents and their revisions. Upload a batch of files, categorize them and add some tags.
There is trial version for all plans. When you sign up for one of the plans, you get to try it for 30 days, free of charge. If within that period you choose to close your account or downgrade to the free plan, you will not be charged.
