EmailBrain is an intuitive email marketing tool that allows user to optimize the impact of their communications. EmailBrain is run by Dotster, Inc. The service will provide solutions for user to create, manage, send and track newsletters and email campaigns. It simplifies the publishing and delivery process.

EmailBrian is designed into three editions: Standard, Corporate and Agency Edition. Standard edition is for general user who wants to manage their own email marketing. It comes with all the features of EmailBrian. Corporate and Agency Edition comes with one feature. It is administration feature that allows user to manage multiple accounts at once.
EmailBrain has four main features: Create, Send, Track and Manage.
Create Highlight Features:
- WYSIWYG HTML Editor – Comes with powerful HTML Editor that allows user to create great looking HTML email campaigns.
- Template Library – User can use any of our pre-made HTML email templates, choose to add their own or use the Professional Services to have a designer create one for them.
- Online Image and Document Hosting – Allows user to manage and control all aspects of their campaign from within the easy to use interface. User can store hundreds of images and documents in their choice of format (JPEG, GIF, PNG images and PDF, word doc).
- Foreign Language Capabilities – Supports foreign language and double-byte character sets, allowing user to send both plain text and HTML e-mails in virtually any foreign language.
Send Highlight Features:
- ISP Relationships and Active Whitelisting Status – EmailBrain maintains white list status with top ISPs such as AOL, MSN/Hotmail, Yahoo and Comcast. This status is derived through relationships cultivated by the EmailBrain deliverability team members.
- Abuse Reporting with Feedback Loops – All email gets delivered to major ISPs by using an ISP feedback loop. A feedback loop allows user to see all of the people who have clicked “Report Spam” at a particular ISP. By default EmailBrain will auto block any recipient that clicks “Report Spam” from user’s list so that person is not negatively affecting their deliverability going forward.
- Email Accreditation Via Habeas – EmailBrain has partnered with leading email accreditation services to offer enhanced deliverability to mailers whose mailing reputation warrants acceptance into the given programs. - Dedicated and IP Segmentation – EmailBrain uses a wide range of IPs to deliver email.
