Do-It! is a diet software that combines food database, daily log, BMI formula, and many other tools to help user has better insight into their diet and nutrition. Do-It! is a product of Solar Storm Software, Inc. The software will help user manage their diet easily, track calories, fat grams, cholesterol, sodium, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and more. It provides tools from calculating their body fat, to setting diet goals, and to tracking recipes.

Do-It! is available from Windows 95 to Windows XP. Trial version is available to download from this diet software website.

Do-It! Highlight Features:

  • Lets user find out how many calories they need each day
  • Allows user to find out their body fat percent
  • Lets user find out their BMI (Body Mass Index)
  • User can see at a glance if they need vitamin and mineral supplements
  • Has 8,500 + food items in food database
  • Can track up to 55 nutrients
  • User can edit food list for easy readability
  • User can also add to the food database
  • User can access food list by food group or by searching for key words.
  • The software works with Weight Watchers, Atkins, and the Zone
  • User can set their own target weight
  • Lets user choose how fast they want to lose weight
  • The type of diet user uses is up to them
  • Summary Graphs feature makes it easy to see where they are at.
  • Cal-Meter shows user where they are heading: weight gain or weight loss.
  • Lets user track how many calories you need each day
  • Has many selectable levels of exercise to complement their diet
  • The daily food intake is broken down into meals for easy analysis
  • The software shows caloric breakdown (fat/carbohydrates/protein) by grams, calories, or percent of total calories
  • User can see at glance how their energy balance (plus or minus calories) is for the day
  • Recipe Manager allows user to enter their own recipes and paste them into their daily log
  • User can analyze recipes for calorie and nutrition
  • The recipes scale easily. Just change the number of servings and all ingredients will be scaled for user.
  • User can share their recipes with others over the Internet
  • And other features like: Multi-User, in-depth help for every feature, copying meals from day to day for fast data entry, and customizing what nutritional information is shown.
