It is very user friendly still and love so many features of this software. Our issues are within inventory. In the past 3-4 years they just can't seem to get it back on track. For this reason we are looking into new software. The only other issue is in AR, it will drop your comments if they get to high. We ahve learned that we just print them out when they get to long. Numbers are always correct and like I said I love how user friendly it is and the security is great. The Payroll modual is truly awesome. I am saddened I have to change after all these years. I heard they are not keeping up with the market and we have held off hoping this would be corrected but after 3 years they have had time. If your business does not have inventory of very little I would give this software an A+++++ or 5 star. We have been using this software for over 17 years.
