Capture Fox Review
Capture Fox Movie is a Firefox add-on and a handy screen recording tool to create video tutorials about a software program, a web site or anything that can be displayed on your computer. It records your screen frame by frame. You can also record your voice in both WAV and MP3 file formats.
The software is only available for Microsoft Windows platform and runs within the Windows version of Mozilla Firefox, both Firefox versions 2 and 3. Video is captured using the MJpeg or Xvid codec. And sound is recorded in the WAV or MP3 audio format. The video output is saved as AVI movie file. It is free to download and use. The program is simple and easy to use; with only few clicks you are on the way for recording your computer screen.

Shortcut Keys
CTRL + SHIFT + U
You can open the settings window by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + U. If Capture Fox is recording, this shortcut is used to stop capturing, too.
CTRL + SHIFT + F (Quick Start)
This keyboard shortcut is used to start capturing without opening the settings dialog by using the last settings saved. If you use this shortcut while recording, the settings dialog is opened.
